S96 Football Training Cancellation & Refund Policy

Training sessions and development programs are reserved specifically for each player once booked.

Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. With at least 24 hours’ notice, the session can be moved to another mutually available date and time.

Late cancellations & no-shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will generally count as a used session and are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered for emergencies at S96 Football’s discretion.

Weather, field closures or coach cancellations: If S96 Football needs to cancel or reschedule because of unsafe weather, field closure, coach availability or another circumstance preventing the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled or credited. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, a refund for the affected unused session may be provided.

Training packages: Sessions already completed are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused sessions in a package will be reviewed individually. Any approved refund may be recalculated based on sessions already completed and the applicable training rate.

Field rental: Field rental is not included in S96 Football training prices unless specifically stated. Any non-refundable facility costs already incurred for a booking may remain the customer’s responsibility if the customer cancels.
