S96 Football Terms of Service

By purchasing or booking a training service with S96 Football, you agree to the following terms.

Training services: S96 Football provides football training services including individual sessions, player development programs, skills programs and small-group training. Training plans may be adapted based on the player’s age, level, position and development needs.

Scheduling: Purchasing a training session or package does not automatically guarantee a specific date, time or location. Scheduling is coordinated with Coach Sebas after purchase and is subject to availability.

Player information: Customers are responsible for providing accurate player information, including age, playing level and any relevant information necessary to safely conduct the session.

Participation: Football training involves physical activity and carries normal risks associated with sport. Players are expected to follow coaching instructions and communicate any injury, limitation or concern before participating.

Packages: Training packages are intended for the player for whom they were purchased unless S96 Football agrees otherwise. Completed sessions cannot be transferred back into unused credits.

Cancellations and refunds: All bookings are subject to the S96 Football Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Locations and field costs: Training is primarily offered in the GTA. Field rental or facility fees are not included unless specifically stated in the purchased service. Location and any additional facility costs will be confirmed before the session.

Results: S96 Football is committed to player development but cannot guarantee team selection, scholarships, contracts, professional opportunities or specific performance outcomes.

Changes: S96 Football may reasonably modify training locations, schedules or session structure when necessary due to weather, facility availability, safety or other circumstances.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the applicable S96 Football policies.
